These General Terms and Conditions regulate the access, navigation and use of LOSSIETESECRETOS.COM, TOURESCAPEGAME.COM and their respective subdomains (hereinafter, "The websites").

The services offered under the trademarks Tour Escape and Los Siete Secretos are managed by MR VIAJES TOPIKISS SL (hereinafter, "MR VIAJES").

By accessing, browsing or contracting any service offered through The websites, the user declares to have read, understood and expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these conditions, you must refrain from using the website and its services.

These Conditions regulate the offer, reservation and provision of tourist services and urban experiences marketed through The websites.

The specific conditions of each service (price, duration, language, specific cancellation policy) will be detailed in the individual file of each product and will prevail in case of contradiction.

MR VIAJES does not guarantee the permanent availability of The websites.

Access may be interrupted due to maintenance tasks, technical updates, external incidents or force majeure.

The absence of technical errors or temporary interruptions of the service is not guaranteed.

The user is responsible for having the appropriate technical means to access the website.

The user undertakes to use the site lawfully and in accordance with current legislation, refraining from any conduct that may damage the image, interests or rights of MR VIAJES or third parties.

All published prices include VAT or other applicable taxes, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Prices may be modified at any time, although they will not affect confirmed reservations.

The reservation will be formalized only once the corresponding payment has been received and the confirmation has been sent by email.

The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data provided during the reservation process.

The conditions described in this section apply exclusively to the "Tour Escape" product unless expressly indicated otherwise in the service file.

For the Tour Escape product:

• Cancellations will not be refundable.
• A full refund will be admitted only when the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
• A single date change will be allowed if requested with at least 24 hours in advance.
• No changes or refunds will be admitted outside the indicated deadlines.

In case of impossibility of providing the service due to technical causes attributable to the organization, the user may choose between a date change or a full refund of the amount paid.

Specific conditions for Private Tours:

• Private tours must be paid in full before the provision of the service.
• To formalize the reservation, it will be necessary to make a total or partial advance payment with at least 14 natural days in advance, depending on the total amount and the characteristics of the contracted tour.
• The advance amount will be refundable only if the cancellation is communicated more than 7 natural days in advance of the service date.
• Cancellations with less than 7 natural days in advance will not give right to refund of the advance amount.

Payment is made by credit card through secure gateways managed by TicketingHub and Stripe, Inc..

MR VIAJES does not directly store complete credit card data.

MR VIAJES does not guarantee that the website is free of viruses or other harmful elements, although it adopts reasonable security measures.

Participation in activities is carried out under the user's responsibility, who must follow the instructions of the organizing staff.

MR VIAJES will not be responsible for damages derived from negligent behaviors or non-compliance with regulations on the part of the participant.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation.

The purpose of the processing includes reservation management, customer service and compliance with legal obligations.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation and portability by written request to the contact email indicated in the Legal Notice.
